Override the prompt template used at each stage of the RPE pipeline for a specific user.
Constraint controls the Layer 1 safety floor. The five RPE keys
control which LLM template each analysis stage uses. Leave a setting at its default unless you
have a custom variant in prompt_templates / prompt_modifiers.
